The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kanazawa station. The breakfast buffet features fresh seafood and has a made-to-order omurice station. The onsen facilities showed some wear, with stains present, and the breakfast could be more varied. After a long day, the complimentary ramen was a comforting treat.

Ideal hotel with free wi-fi, the location was perfect right next to Forus department store. Had very good breakfasts at the desk. Location: the property was close to train/bus station, the Forus mall and Kanazawa station and food around shinkansen station. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Stand and Oasis to relax and grab some food.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the department store and the station. The public hot springs on the 14th floor were a highlight. Plus, the evening noodle service was such a nice touch to end the day.

The location made it super easy to explore the sights, like Kenrokuen Garden and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. On top of that, we loved the onsen and the free late-night ramen-it was such a great touch after a long day. Highly recommend this spot for a fun group getaway!
The only downside was that the onsen towels weren't available right there, a bit inconvenient. We had a great experience!

Great spa. Location very good. Very comfortable and clean. Liked the relaxed, boutique style.
Don't get breakfast. Starbucks around the corner is better option!

Can just recommend for short visits
Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a nice onsen that helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing and an excellent breakfast that included both Western and Japanese options.

The onsen was really great on the 14th floor of the hotel. We had 2 single beds in our room and there was still space for our suitcases. Our stay at the Dormy which was for 2 weeks was very pleasant.
The wardrobe was small.
